This is the minimum information required by the material manufacturer for investigation purposes. Further details may be required to help establish why an issue has arisen. By providing the material manufacturer with the correct and complete information, we can prevent issues from reoccurring and thereby ensure continual improvement of products. If the above minimum information is not provided within 5 working days of reporting the non – conformance to Spandex we will close the issue with no further investigation. Quality credits will be raised only for material that has been deemed faulty or non-conformant. We regret that we will not be able to return any samples.
