The Intervention service should be contacted only for: Q work to pipelines that contain or have contained hazardous products; Q work in confined spaces (manholes, boilers, tanks, waste system,...); Q work in explosion hazard zones (also in the event of partial zoning!); Q fire hazardous work such as grinding, welding, burning, etc. The necessary measures such as putting away or pro- tecting combustible materials, rinsing of pipelines,... should already have been carried out prior to an Intervention service inspection to release the permit. To enable this procedure to run smoothly, we ask you to warn the Intervention service in advance (+32 (0)3 444 5555) so that the check can be included in its planning. Permits that are checked by the Intervention service must be renewed each week.
