These are located in the dining areas in buildings 128, 458 and 597. Only a personal payment card can be used here. Contractors who are present for a longer period at Agfa-Gevaert NV can request a ■ between 8.00 am and 10.00 am; ■ between 11.30 am and 2.00 pm; ■ between 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm.

11

personal payment card from the Security service (8989, Building 124). The payment card can be charged using a charging point at the canteen entrances, (except Gevaert 8) using cash or payment terminal (Gevaert 6 only via payment terminal). Entering the canteen wearing dirty work clothing is prohibited. Furthermore, general hygiene rules apply such as washing your hands before eating. ■ Control staff Internal Security (inspection) ( +32 (0)3 444 8986) are responsible for theft pre- vention, prevention of suspicious persons and van- dalism. Internal Security staff provide independent handling and follow-up of complaints, reports of theft or theft attempts. They may also view con- fidential camera images (according to statutory regulations, CLA & employment regulations) and other information as well as carry out bag checks. Security ( +32 (0)3 444 8989) is responsible for guarding the perimeter of the various sites and protected areas including using camera monitor- ing and patrols. Internal Security in building 124 issues access badges, car passes for vehicles and payment cards for meals and drinks. Internal Security also takes care of software adaptations for security keys, the delivery of keys and access administration for contractors. The security guards conduct speed checks, bag checks, ADR checks Site security

12

and checks on lorry weight. They offer support in the transport and production of valuable materials and conduct security support for special events. Access Everyone must have a valid access badge. Entering the site takes place via the gates, which are operated using the badge. The access badge is strictly personal and should be shown on demand to the control staff. The bill of materials for goods brought in by employ- ees or contractors should be registered on entrance to building 124 (entrance G1). Based on this signed list, the employee or contractor can demonstrate that the goods, materials or tools brought in belong to him or her. On leaving the building, an exit check may be carried out. If you wish to enter a site with a vehicle, you must request a car pass. With your per- sonal access badge and a car pass you will be granted access to the building via an allocated fast gate. For Gevaert 8, visitors must register at the gate to the site. Presence at the site must be registered with an access badge in the entrance hall of building 802. Persons Each employee (local or international Agfa employee) or contractor (someone from another company/self- employed person who performs work for Agfa) should offer this to the Security service in building 124 on Gevaert 1 to obtain an access badge. Both new (inter- national) employees as well as contractors must reg- ister in advance with security (SAP/TRP database). The access badge will be issued only if security has

13

all the necessary details. Employees of contractors who are scheduled to work at Gevaert 8 but who do not yet have an access badge must first report to the Security Department at Gevaert 1. Visitors should be registered at the reception in building 70 or build- ing 124 (in advance in the VISITOR database) and should always be accompanied by an Agfa employee on site. Each person may be proceed to only those areas that require his or her functional presence. Access badge The access badge is in principle valid for the duration of the contract. For contractors this is no more than 1 year. Every access badge is strictly personal and may not be transferred to others. It remains the property of Agfa-Gevaert NV. The badge must be handed into Internal Security in building 124 at the end of the contract. Internal Security must be informed imme- diately if an access badge is lost. If you have forgot- ten your access badge, you must register with Inter- nal Security. Persons working temporarily in Belgium for an international employer must in a number of cases present a LIMOSA document when requesting their access badge. Car parks Employers or contractors may park on one of the two staff car parks. Security may appoint a specific park- ing space by applying an exception to the rules. (eg. car pooling, medical card, loading and unloading, working...). Visitors should park in the visitors’ car park and after their visit they will be given a code that will enable them to exit the car park.

14

When entering the car park on Gevaert 8, drivers must inform the attendant at the barrier and request a parking ticket from access registration. Vehicles Vehicles have access to the site via the entrances that are intended for traffic (fast gates). They may enter to load or unload only and in accordance with certain rules of exception. The control staff assesses per case whether a vehicle may enter. Vehicles requiring access registration at the Security department in building 124 at Gevaert 1, must be parked in the waiting zones at the company entrances on Hendrik Kuijperstraat. When driving in or out, you must regis- ter at the fast gate with both an access badge as well as a car pass. All passengers should register first with their access badge. Registration with the car pass then takes place. The control staff may check each vehicle, both on entrance as well as on departure of the site. It is possible that vehicles may be sent to the weighbridge. The road traffic regulation applies within the site and on the car park. A speed limit of 20 km/hour applies everywhere. Special attention applies for pedestrian crossings, and the suggestion roads for pedestrians (green) and cyclists (red). Park- ing is only permitted within the indicated parking spaces. Compliance with these rules will be checked. In our grounds, there is a lot of production activity, many transports take place and goods are loaded and unloaded daily. That is why we cannot permit you to use personal transportation aids such as roller skates, roller blades, scooters, folding bikes, etc. You

15

can take these personal transportation aids inside to your workplace if you carry them and where possible fold them up. You are responsible for their safe stor- age. Of course, you are also not allowed to enter the site with such things as personal bicycles, mopeds and motorbikes. You should leave these locked in the provided bicycle parking facility. ■ Use of multimedia (mobile telephone, tablet, ...) The use of mobile telephones is permitted every- where except in explosion hazard zones and zones that are marked with the mobile telephone prohibi- tion sign. In dark rooms, only devices with custom- ized lighting sources are permitted. The use of multi- media devices that emit light or may flash is prohibited in dark rooms. Using the telephone in hand while driving a vehicle (incl. bicycle) is prohibited. Unsafe behaviour, such as walking while typing, is never permitted. The volume level of music or the radio may not inhibit interaction with your surroundings. You may not completely shut yourself off from your surroundings by using headphones or earphones. Obviously, the use of multimedia is only permitted within the context of work activities.

■ Photography and filming

Photography and filming is forbidden at the site unless you have written permission from Security. Permission can be requested from Internal Security in building 124.

16

■ Report theft, break-in, vandalism, suspicious situations and complaints Such complaints or reports can be made to Security (inspection) 24/7 on telephone number +32 (0)3 444 8986 or via email toezicht.be@agfa.com Camera surveillance There are cameras at various locations both at the gates and within the premises. The images are used for security purposes and process monitoring. Questions regarding camera surveillance can be asked using telephone number +32 (0)3 444 7777 or via email compliance@agfa.com. Privacy notice Personal data is recorded in the context of access to the sites and work activities. These data are only used for legitimate security reasons. You always have the right to contact Agfa Gevaert NV regarding your personal data. Requests can be made via email compliancy@agfa.com. ■ ■

The permit must always be signed by the departmen- tal manager, steward, person responsible for zone or shutdown manager. The client-project leader must indicate the name, location and telephone number of the persons involved. The works may only be started if ALL safety measures have been implemented and checked on site and after the permit has been signed for release. If an unforeseen situation is determined, the works should stop in order to first assess or reassess the risks. On ending the works, the departmental manager, steward, person responsible for zone or shutdown manager should always be informed.

22

The Intervention service should be contacted only for: ■ work to pipelines that contain or have contained hazardous products; ■ work in confined spaces (manholes, boilers, tanks, waste system,...); ■ work in explosion hazard zones (also in the event of partial zoning!); ■ fire hazardous work such as grinding, welding, burning, etc. The necessary measures such as putting away or pro- tecting combustible materials, rinsing of pipelines,... should already have been carried out prior to an Intervention service inspection to release the permit. To enable this procedure to run smoothly, we ask you to warn the Intervention service in advance (+32 (0)3 444 5555 or interventiedienst.BE@agfa.com ) so that the check can be included in its planning. Permits that are checked by the Intervention service must be renewed each week.
